Sunset + clouds = ?

Hiking above the Limmernsee lake in Glarus Alps, Switzerland, has definitely been one of the most stunning experiences of 2022 season.

We took the Tierfehd cable car to the damn and hiked up to Muttenchopf. The path is quite steep but well marked and well maintained, with two sections secured by wire ropes. The overall gain is around 610 vertical metres on 2.9 km.

The sunset exceeded all our possible expectations: could you imagine a view more spectacular and epic?
